All of this is GREAT NEWS. No more investment in #4 that will hamstring us for years. Dak can have everything lined up right - health, home game, etc. - and he'll wet the bed. You don't go "all in" with a guy like that. You go "all in" with a guy where - if everything lines up - he'll make the put. Dak has the yips...the juice is not worth the squeeze.

No, sorry, but they are going all in. Extension talks continue. Need to cut the cap hit.

"All in" would mean high spending in free agency or reaching in the draft...which they are not doing. I agree they may even extend Dak, but it won't be 10 years...it'll be a 4 year deal that's really a 2. Dak may even take a discount. I bet Dak wants years and the Cowboys DON'T...thus they are NOT "all in".

Had to of been.

Had to of been. If they do a Gilmore/Cooks kinda trade...that is not "all in" either. They are smart moves...and were last year...but not an indicator of "all in". When you go get a vet that MIGHT be on his last legs...or a journeyman WR...that is not "all in".

Looks like you could be right.. Yardbarker is saying Dak will play out his contract and become a free agent. www.yardbarker.com/nfl/articles/nfl_insider_shares_ominous_contract_update_about_cowboys_dak_prescott/s1_13132_40147164
